Has anyone else found the audio tracker to not be as accurate and reliable as demonstrated? Even after using a clean DI as recommended it still needs loads of tweaking. Most of the time if the grooves tab doesn't have what I'm looking for I'll just write it out manually in the grid editor.
I was just about to comment about this.. I can play really easy simple riffs and the tracker goes nuts, Some notes are right and some are way off and often missing the how many times it should pick the notes (yes I'm playing only the clean DI).. watching RUclipsrs (who got paid by toontrack) using the tracker the results are PERFECT even with distortion without any mistakes and that's completely Bs... it's awful and needs updates really bad.. Kinda false advertising And don't get me started in ezkeys 2 tracker, That thing is even worse A tip for you all is to midi out the ezbass and use submission bass with ezbass and use ezbass grid editor and that's the best part about it
I haven't played with EZ Bass' tracker, but I suspect the code is similar to the audio to midi capability in Superior Drummer 3. It may be lacking some of the modification and sensitivity tweaks as a result of being an EZ line. SD3's audio to midi tracking is absolutely remarkable. The best tool on the market for any type of audio to midi rhythmic execution that can be converted to pitch as desired later.
I use distortion 99% of the time and works great...most of the time. Alway remember you can delete the high notes in your daw editor and it has helped me out a few times...I mainly use power chords and single notes,tremolo picking both majority of the time...love to improvise and this is great...would love if it tracked while playing guitar...if it does, please let me know how to do it with plugins.
Thanks, but hmmm... You didn't describe HOW TO add the two together and select the Kick or the Guitar. It looks like you drag bass line from Audio Track and overlap over the Bass from Midi. But you didn't show to choose guitar/kick.
